las mendozas

Check out the hair on mom and her sisters! This is one of my favorites. I cleaned it up and extended the curtains all the way off the picture. From left to right:

Ma Susy (mom), tia Grace, tia Chuy, tia Elisa (tia means aunt in spanish), tia Lupita, tia Maria, tia Clemen y la mas joven, tia Elia.

it was 12 degrees the other night!

...man i miss cali right about now =]

some snow shots i took the other night when amy and i were walking back to my place. it's soo beautiful when there's fresh snow...too bad it turns into brown slush very quickly.

...and this is where i spend 8 to 12 hours a day...drawing away. horton (la pelicula que estoy trabajando) is getting very busy.
don't let the long days fool you...we spend a lot of it making fun of each other on the wall of shame. hahaha. if you look closely you'll see my big old 'chayote head' on there.

and this is the crew that makes being in new york amazing. i'm learning soo much from these guys. from left to right: willito, kylito, mike, los hermanos vicente & peter, dave, dice, greg, nash, peter, and bob. bob's from san mateo! there are a lot of fog heads out here on the east coast.

Mi apartamento en Harlem, New York.

So here are some pictures of our place in Harlem. It's really nice...high cielings, the dining area, the kitchen, the little living room (there's ushually a tv there but we moved it for the party), my room, and pete's room. As you can see it's got plenty of room for when you guys come visit!

It's not San Francisco but at least I have that satellite photo to remind me of the city by the bay.
